Managing your Unlimited Plan

You can cancel your monthly plan by visiting our location in person or Online. There are no contracts or obligations. Cancel at any time (cancellation must be done 3 days prior to your billing date in person at location). No refunds will be given, Your billing date will be the anniversary date of your sign up date.
No, you will not receive a refund upon cancelling. Your plan will remain active until your anniversary billing date.

Here are some common mistakes to check first:
• Check that you used the correct email and license plate combination.
• Make sure you cancel 7 days before your anniversary date otherwise the cancellation will take effect for the following month.
• You already cancelled, check your email for the confirmation.

Your credit card will be charged the regular plan amount after the 1st month every month unless you cancel.
